We will deliver to anywhere in the world. The standard delivery charges and timescales (i.e using the Royal Mail; 1st class for the UK, via airmail for elsewhere) are detailed below.

Delivery charges and timescales:
UK deliveries
Royal Mail first class recorded delivery to UK addresses costs £4.95 for a Hennabecca canvas bag and £6.95 for a leather bag. Bags will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order and will need to be signed for when they arrive at their destination. If you haven't received your bag within 5 working days, please give us a call and we will use the Royal Mail's track and trace service to locate the bag.

If you order more than 1 bag going to the same address, we will endeavour to post these bags in the same package, and if we can do this, then we will refund you any extra postage costs that you paid when you made the order.

International deliveries
Royal Mail Airsure (where available) and International Signed For services both cost £11.00 for a canvas bag and £14.00 for a leather bag. The Airsure service receives airmail priority, but in any case your package should arrive within around 8 working days of placing your order. Again, please note that packages will need to be signed for at their destination.

Due to weight restrictions on airmail packages, all bags heading out of the UK will definitely be packaged and sent individually.

For non-EU destinations, please bear in mind that delivery times can also be affected by customs, and that you will be responsible for paying any taxes due (if any) at the destination.
