Our delivery areas:
We will deliver to anywhere in the world. The standard delivery charges and timescales (i.e using the Royal Mail; 1st class for the UK, airmail elsewhere) are detailed below.

If you need a faster service, then please phone through your order instead of using the online system. For UK customers, we can arrange Royal Mail special delivery (next working morning guaranteed) or a same-day courier delivery if required. For those outside the UK, we would be very happy to investigate the cost and logistics of using your preferred choice of shipping method (Fedex etc). We will simply pass onto you, at cost price, any charges.

The standard delivery methods and timescales:
The UK
Delivery will generally be via Royal Mail first class recorded delivery (for exceptions, see below). Please allow up to 5 working days from when we take your order for the package to arrive. And please note that packages will need to be signed for at their destination and are too big for your letterbox! (you can specify an alternative delivery address to your home address during the order process, if you are likely to be out when the post arrives).

Cost of postage for UK deliveries: £5.50 for a single canvas bag or £6.95 for a single leather bag (including when gift-boxed). Two canvas bags in the same package also costs £6.95 postage, unless one or both is gift-boxed (when they fall into the large package category as below). Due to Royal Mail weight restrictions, larger packages (including two leather bags in the same package) will be shipped using parcel post, unless you request an alternative (1st class & special delivery can be arranged, but are more expensive - e.g. £19.00 for special delivery.) Postage for these larger packages using parcel post will cost £8.50.

Europe
Delivery will be via the Royal Mail airmail 'Airsure' service, where offered, or the 'International Signed For' service where not. Airsure packages receive airmail priority, and in any case your package should arrive within 8 working days of placing your order. Again, please note that packages will need to be signed for at their destination.

Cost of shipping to Europe via airmail: £10.00 for a single canvas bag or £13.00 for a single leather bag. We can ship 2 canvas bags in the same package (add £3.00 for the second bag), but as there is a 2kg weight limit for airmail, we have to ship an order for 2 leather bags, or other larger orders, in 2 separate packages. Shipping for 2 leather bags is thus £26.00 (if you contact us, we can investigate cheaper shipping options for you, for example sending the package via surface mail). As we use wrapping paper and ribbons rather than a gift box if shipping outside the UK, there is no extra weight issue if you require our gift service.

Outside Europe
Delivery will be via the Royal Mail's 'Airsure' service, where offered, or the 'International Signed For' service where not, and should arrive within 10 working days of placing your order (though the Royal Mail does not guarantee this.) Please note that packages will need to be signed for at their destination.

Cost of shipping outside Europe via airmail: £15.00 for a single canvas bag or £18.00 for a single leather bag. We can ship 2 canvas bags in the same package (add £3.00 for the second bag), but as there is a 2kg weight limit for airmail, we have to ship an order for 2 leather bags, or other larger orders, in 2 separate packages. Shipping for 2 leather bags is thus £36.00! (if you contact us, we can investigate alternative shipping options for you, for example sending the package via surface mail costs about half this, if the timescale is acceptable for you). As we use wrapping paper and ribbons rather than a gift box if shipping outside the UK, there is no extra weight issue if you require our gift service.

British Forces: In general, delivery to a BFPO address costs the same as delivery to a UK address. As our online payment system can't be set up to recognise BFPO addresses, we ask you to phone through your order if possible, so that we can charge you the correct amount from the start. If however, you do order online and choose the destination country accordingly, then we will refund any excess cost charged by the system!

For non-EU destinations, please bear in mind that delivery times can also be affected by customs.
