The Hennabecca Guarantee
If any Hennabecca product does not meet with your approval, please return it to us within 28 days, unused and still with the polywrapping on the handles, and we'll be happy to make a refund or exchange.

Further information on how to return goods to Hennabecca.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, governed by the EU Distance Selling Directive which is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

How to return or exchange

  1. Please repack the item securely, flat and in its original packaging and send it to us at following address:

  2. Please include your name, address and the order reference number in the package, so that we can identify you easily.
  3. Please note that goods are returned at your own cost unless faulty or sent to you in error, and we strongly recommend that you use recorded post as you are responsible for returned items until they reach our premises.
  4. We'll contact you once we've received the package to tell you that your return is being processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing the refund or exchange.
  5. Please note that we are only able to refund you via the same means as the original transaction (ie if you used a credit or debit card, the same card will be credited with the refund.)

Delivery areas, timescales and charges
We use the Royal Mail first class recorded delivery for all UK orders. When posting abroad, we use the Royal Mail Airsure service, where available. If not available we'll use the Royal Mail's International Signed For service. All orders are posted out within 2 working days of receipt of the order.

Privacy policy and data protection
The information we collect from you
When you place an order with us, we will take your name, e-mail address, delivery address, card details and (optionally) a telephone number on which you can be contacted in the event of a query (if you do not supply a telephone number we will contact you via email.) As well as this information, we also keep copies of any further emails you send us, which we will only use internally to improve the Hennabecca service.

Privacy & disclosure of this information
All online payments to Hennabecca are processed by PayPal. Hennabecca does not have access to your card details, or PayPal account details, at any stage of the process.

Your address and contact details will only be handled by Hennabecca employees (who have signed a confidentiality agreement) and the agents who help us run our business. All these personnel are based in the UK. We will never pass on your information to 3rd parties for their marketing activities! We do retain the right to submit any information requested by the law, in the UK or elsewhere.

Cookies
Cookies are small text files created by websites and stored on your computer. Online shopping sites often use cookies to allow their customers to navigate around the site without losing anything they've already put in their shopping baskets. Hennabecca does use cookies, but only for its shopping basket facility and no other purpose.

Once your order is completed, we'll only send you further Hennabecca correspondence (e.g. Hennabecca newsletters, notice of special offers etc) if you've opted to join our mailing list.
