The Hennabecca Guarantee
If any Hennabecca product does not meet with your approval, please return it to us within 28 days, in an unused condition, and we'll be happy to make a refund or exchange.
Further information on how to return goods to Hennabecca.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, governed by the EU Distance Selling Directive which is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

How to return or exchange
- Please repack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to us at following address:

Please do NOT use our PO Box address for returns.
- Please include your name and the order number in the package, so that we can identify you easily.
- Please note that goods are returned at your own cost unless faulty or sent to you in error, and we strongly recommend that you use recorded post as you are responsible for returned items until they reach our premises.
- We'll contact you once we've received the package to tell you that your return is being processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing the refund or exchange.
- Please note that our payment processing system only allows us to refund the card on which the original transaction was made.

Delivery areas, timescales and charges
If you order online, delivery will be via the Royal Mail first class (recorded delivery) or airmail (signed for) services. If you require alternative delivery arrangements; please call us on 0845 0097866 / +44 845 0097866 during UK working hours (9am - 6pm GMT or BST) or email us. We are happy to arrange any form of delivery within our powers, and will pass any costs directly onto you.

Privacy policy and data protection
The information we collect from you
When you place an order with us, we will take your name, e-mail address, delivery address, card details and a telephone number on which you can be contacted in the event of a query. As well as this information, we'll also keep records of any further emails you send us, which we will use to help improve the Hennabecca service.
Privacy & disclosure of this information
Your card details are handled by our payment processing agent, WorldPay (see further information about WorldPay). When ordering online, neither Hennabecca nor any of our other agents have access to your card details at any stage. If we take your order over the phone or via fax/post, we will destroy our record of your card details once we've made the transaction with WorldPay.
The address and contact details that we do retain will only be handled by Hennabecca employees (who have signed a confidentiality agreement) and the agents who help us run our business. We do not and never will pass on your information onto 3rd party mailing lists! We do retain the right to submit any information requested by the law, in the UK or elsewhere.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files created by websites and stored on your computer. Online shopping sites often use cookies to allow their customers to navigate around the site without losing anything they've already put in their shopping baskets. Hennabecca does use cookies, but only for its shopping basket facility and no other purpose.
If you have any problem with your Hennabecca online shopping experience, it may be because you have chosen to disable cookies in your browser. Remember that as an alternative to ordering online, we'd be very happy to take your order via phone, email or fax (we recommend you only pass on your card details to us via phone in this situation.)

By supplying your email address and contact phone number, you have given us your permission to email or phone you regarding any issue with your order or with the service we are providing you.
Once your order is completed, we'll only send you further Hennabecca correspondence (e.g. Hennabecca newsletters, notice of special offers etc) if you've opted to join our mailing list.

Website security and card payments
We take payment security very seriously, which is why we've chosen to use credit and debit card processing facilities provided by WorldPay, one of the world's leading payment solutions providers. WorldPay have impeccable fraud prevention capabilities and are master merchants for Visa and MasterCard.

The WorldPay network uses 2048-bit encryption, with full 128-bit encryption between the browser and the WorldPay network. It is regularly inspected by the major banks to ensure that system integrity and security are maintained to the highest standards.
The WorldPay processing centre is securely linked to many processing banks worldwide, who handle the card authorisations online and process the transactions in real time. The WorldPay servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority. Thawte will only issue Digital Certificates to those servers which meet stringent security requirements. The WorldPay servers meet and exceed these requirements.
