Some of these fall into the 'don't know how we ever survived without it...' category, others are delicious treats (and if it provides a boost when energy levels are low and sleep is lacking, then it's money well spent!) And some fit nicely into both categories - which is why we like them so much!

Zolowear Slings
A sling can make all the difference at those times when a pushchair isn't practical (or indeed possible... a long hike from flight arrival to baggage lounge with exhausted toddler in tow, anyone?) Over-the-shoulder versions have the longest shelf-life - from newborn to good-sized toddler (certainly to around 2 years old - which should cover that period when you start heading out occasionally without a pushchair... only to wish you hadn't half way through! A slim-line 'pouch' sling tucked away in your back pocket - or Hennabecca bag - can be a godsend on these occasions.)

New babies, demanding older siblings, little sleep and hormonally-challenged post-partum skin! Time for a skin-treat that needs to soothe as it smooths! Naturally Pure Nursery Cleaner in travel sized spray
The Northumberland-based company Home Scents makes a whole range of delicious-smelling aromatherapy cleaning products, harnessing the antibacterial properties of essential oils such as lavender and camomile. We particularly love the nursery cleaner. Formulated especially for use around babies, it comes in a travel-sized spray (perfect for slotting into your Hennabecca bag, when out and about!), and is ideal for wiping down public changing stations and high chairs before use.
